Mr Thomas Choo
Thomas is a graduate from University of Bradford (Hons - Upper Class). He has more than 18 years of regional risk management experience in credit information, call centre management, seminar, telemarketing and debt management recovery. He was one of the pioneers in steering a listed MNC, Dun & Bradstreet in the region and had held various senior management portfolios.

He had won numerous recognition awards like the prestigious Leadership Conference where the 'BEST OF THE BEST' in the Asia-Pacific countries are being recognized for their top performance. He was a member of the Senior Management Delegation Team for the credible European Road Show in 1999 to promote Business Opportunities & Risk Management in Asia.

Subsequently, he was seconded to be a CEO of a regional call centre, a joint venture company of which the key shareholders are all listed companies such as KT&T, Dun & Bradstreet, Baycorp, etc.

He was also the CEO of a risk management service provider company. Currently, he is the CEO and shareholder of Thomas Carlington & Associates that provide Global collection services, Credit information and Database management.

Mr Ong Teck Meng
Mr Ong Teck Meng holds an engineering master degree from Ecole Superieure d'Ingenieurs de Marseille of France as well as a post gradurate diploma in Finance Management. He has 20 years of working experience in the smart cards, IT, electronics and telecommunication equipment, and defence system.

Prior to joining Abecha and SESAMi's Board of Director, he was the General Manager of Gemplus, a French MNC, in charge of the business operation for the Greater China region. He is now a full time investor.

Mr Ong Teck Soon
Mr Ong Teck Soon is Chief Executive Officer of SESAMi (Singapore) Pte Ltd and concurrently CEO for Abecha Pte Ltd. In Dec 2002, while he was one of the senior Director of SESAMi, he led the Management buyout and bought over the entire company from its former group of shareholders including SingTel, UOB, Jardine, iCable, Swire Pacific, etc and turn the company around on the same year.

In Jul 2004, he led another initiative to acquire Abecha Pte Ltd which was a JV between JTC Corp, SESAMi and Microsoft Singapore. Prior joining SESAMi, he was with ICI Plc and held several positions including Regional Marketing Manager at National Starch & Chemical (Singapore) Pte Ltd, Chief Representative of ICI in Vietnam, Managing Director of Myanmar ICI, Regional Training & Development Manager for ICI Asia Pacific Region.

He began his career as a commissioned officer in the Singapore Armed Forces where he was a combat officer holding several positions ranging from unit command to staff positions at the Ministry of Defence. He is currently holding the rank of LTC in national service and is a Commanding Office of an Infantry unit.
