Digital Resilience Bonus (Fortitude Budget 2020)

The Singapore Government is allocating more than S$500 million of the Fortitude Budget to support businesses with digital transformation and e-payment adoption.


The Digital Resilence Bonus will be targeted at Food Services and Retail sectors for a start to implement business continuity strategies to adapt to new post-COVID norms. This will help to keep their businesses running and even acquire new revenue lines. Eligible businesses can receive bonus payout of up to S$10,000 if you adopt PayNow Corporate, E-Invoicing, Business Process or E-Commerce solutions.

Here are the list of digital solutions that are qualified for Digital Resilience Grant.


To be eligible for the grant, businesses must meet the following criteria.

  1. UEN falls under Food Services and Retail sectors

  2. UEN incorporated on or before 26 May 2020

  3. Adopt PayNow Corporate and Peppol e-invoicing; and

  4. Adopt the digital solutions in the required categories

There is no need for you to submit any application form for the grant. Providers of Qualified Solutions (or Supporting Banks) will submit your UEN to IMDA if you are using the solutions between 1 June 2020 and 30 June 2021.


IMDA will credit the Bonus into your PayNow Corporate account according to the categories of digital solutions you use.

How to get your E-Invoicing Registration Grant (ERG).


This grant provides businesses with a one-time payment of $200 per UEN, upon first registration to the E-Invoicing Network on or before 31 December 2020.


The Grant is only available to businesses and entities which:

  1. Registered in Singapore on or before 25 March 2020

  2. Register with SESAMi as your AP

  3. Have registered their UEN to their respective PayNow Corporate account

Leveraging the Chain Leader grant.

Enterprises with own in-house accounting/ERP solutions can get connected to the E-invoicing network through an Access Point.


For enterprises with substantive influence over a business network (min. 500 businesses, aggregate of customers and suppliers organizations) may qualify for the limited time Chain-Leader grant to help defray the cost of integration. Interested parties who wish to apply for the Chain-Leader grant will need to fill in the attached pre-qualification form.
