Please read through the following FAQs for better understanding on the benefits, subscription plans and registrations process for SIA before proceeding with the registration.
  • Registration fee is waived

  • RFQ/Tender access and participation is free
    (Register under SESAMi Basic Plan if you only require access to the RFQ/Tender module)

  • ePO/eInvoice access is chargeable
    (Please refer to the pricing table below for the monthly subscription tiered pricing as per Enterprise plan)

Notes:

a) Annual Business Value (ABV) is the total business value transacted between SIA and the Supplier, accumulated over 12 months from 1st April to 31st March the following year.

b) Additional User ID is chargeable at $200 / year.

c) Upgrading of Plan Type: To upgrade from SESAMi Basic Plan to Enterprise Plan, you will need to fill up the form here and email the duly signed form to customercare@sesami.com for processing.

d) Payment details is required for registration of Enterprise plan for the billing of the monthly subscription fee based on ABV.

e) SESAMi All-in-One EziPass for suppliers allows you to access all RFQ/Tender publications across all SESAMi buyer organisations using a single ID at no incremental service fee. To find out more or to sign up, click here

How to sign up for a User ID?

a) Click on the 'Register for your SIA User ID Now' button below to proceed with registration.

b) Choose the plan type (SESAMi Basic or Enterprise plan) and fill in the mandatory fields. Keying in of payment details applies only for Enterprise Plan.

c) Print, sign and email us the completed registration form sent to your registered email address to customercare@sesami.com

d) The login details will be sent to your email address within 1-3 working days upon successful verification.

Are there fees involved?

same price of $8/month and shall be a named user.

If you are currently under SESAMi Basic Plan with access to only RFQ/Tender module, and would like to access ePO/eInvoice modules, you can upgrade your plan type to Enterprise plan by completing the form here and email the duly signed form to customercare@sesami.com for processing.
